Child Psychology

Childhood is a time of learning, curiosity, and discovery.

But growing up is not always easy.

Children and adolescents may find it hard to connect with others, handle social pressures, or overcome struggles with learning.

According to the World Health Organization, almost half of young people experience a mental health challenge. Anxiety is the most common, affecting nearly 3 in 10.

Child psychology offers tools to navigate these challenges.

Through guidance and support, children can learn to face difficulties, recognize their strengths, and grow with more confidence and self-esteem.

Services

Family counseling

Provides families with the knowledge and skills to support their children and adolescents’ development, particularly in neurodiversity, giftedness, and multicultural adaptation.

Individual therapy sessions

One-on-one sessions focus on supporting the emotional and psychological well-being of children and adolescents, with an emphasis on school-related challenges.

Workshops for schools

Designed to educate school staff on topics such as inclusive education, neurodiversity, creativity, and multiculturalism. The sessions provide participants with tools and strategies to create supportive learning environments and address the diverse needs of students.

Appointment Request

The process begins with a parent consultation session to understand the concerns, expectations, and specific challenges the child may be facing.

Following the initial consultation, a tailored therapy plan will be proposed, outlining the goals, the methods, and the expected outcomes.
